You will balance cash, handle transactions, guide guests, and maintain accurate folios while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes to guests from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and share resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
