Job summary

Peregrine TH Management, LLC is seeking a Front Office Agent to provide attentive and courteous service during check-in, stay, and check-out while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Customer services experience required.
• Experience in a resort or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk according to resort standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to resort standards.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of HMS resort system and front desk procedures.
