Job summary

Peregrine TH Management, LLC is seeking a Front Office Agent/Overnight Front Desk Agent to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The role requires on-site work, with potential for nights and holidays; prior resort experience and knowledge of the resort system are beneficial. Pay range is $20.00-$23.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resort or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities, and hours of operation.
• Maintain knowledge of resort and its facilities.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork per resort standards.
• Ensure proper logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system effectively.
• Identify and communicate guest needs and potential issues to management.
