Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort in Islamorada, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service.

The role requires excellent communication, cash handling, and proficiency with hotel systems. A high school diploma and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are expected, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Assist guests with recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
