Job summary

Amrit Ocean Resort in Florida is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join a luxury team on a full-time, non-exempt basis. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and assist with guest requests to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include handling reservations and payments through our PMS, coordinating with housekeeping and concierge, and providing information on resort amenities and local attractions. A positive attitude and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
• Manage room reservations, payments, and guest accounts using our property management system
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services
