Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection® is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, efficient welcome at arrival and departure. You will manage check-in/check-out, reservations, and room assignments while addressing guest inquiries across front desk and PBX functions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Housekeeping and Bell Services, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring accurate information about the property and local area.
