Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, particularly In Room Dining and Pool service.
• Proficiency with Simphony Micros POS, OpenTable, Excel, timekeeping.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work across all F&B areas and provide hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations with focus on In Room Dining and Pool outlets.
• Lead, train, and schedule team to meet guest service standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other departments on menus and events.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and service readiness.
• Ensure compliance with resort standards and laws.
• Perform staffing, coaching, and performance documentation.
