Job summary

Jay Peak Resort is seeking a Restaurant Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, ensure a high-quality guest experience, and uphold brand standards. You will manage schedules, payroll, and staff performance while coordinating with culinary leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service, and experience with POS systems. Must show leadership and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays in a winter resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front-of-house operations and service staff.
• Interviews, hires, and trains staff; prepares schedules and payroll reports.
• Ensures quality guest experience and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and ambiance; coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Manages inventory, financial controls, and monthly inventory.
