Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word processors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise condo housekeeping operations to keep units clean, orderly and presentable.
• Train staff on grooming, uniforms and safety; supervise equipment use and chemical handling.
• Inspect units daily for cleanliness and maintenance; coordinate repairs and inventory.
