Jay Peak Resort seeks a Barista Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering a quality guest experience at the Cafe. You will supervise staff, train baristas, and ensure service standards are met with attention to allergies, coffee freshness, and POS accuracy.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while contributing to a friendly, vibrant resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Collaborates with the Restaurant Manager to create a service culture.
• Supervises daily activities of the Cafe.
• Responsible for all aspects of Barista staff.
• Trains staff on service standards and POS knowledge.
• Knowledge of allergies and policies to assist guests.
• Knowledge of food, coffee and espresso.
• Develops service standards and ensures adherence by staff.
• Ensures outlets display a welcoming ambiance, are clean and well maintained.
• Manages inventory of food, supplies and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assist Baristas with all aspects of these jobs.
• Supervise cafe operations and ensure high quality guest experiences.
• Train and lead Barista staff in service standards and POS procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation; coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Oversee monthly inventory and stock levels.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and guest-focused service across shifts.
