Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple requests.
• Computer experience required.
• Warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with guests and colleagues.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel standards.
• Maintain proper appearance and grooming per standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assist guests concerning restaurants, theater, airlines, car rental, transportation, and other services; render reservations.
• Maintain current listing of local attractions and events.
• Provide hours of operations for hotel restaurants, lounges and shops.
• Provide maps and directions as required.
• Assist front desk when needed and help guests retrieve packages.
• Oversee lobby cleanliness and display of brochures.
