Responsibilities

• Provide information about local area, attractions, and dining options.
• Greet guests and assist with questions and directions.
• Maintain listings of local attractions and events.
• Provide hours of operations for hotel restaurants and shops.
• Assist front desk as needed and handle guest packages.
• Maintain lobby and entry areas, and ensure guest satisfaction.
