Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality and entertainment industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification may be required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable and dedicated work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida’s hot climate.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, promote activities, encourage participation.
• Lead and facilitate scheduled activities ensuring safety.
• Engage with guests in a fun tropical resort environment.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of equipment used.
• Assist guests in participating in available activities.
