Job summary

HRi Properties in downtown Tampa, located near the Hyatt House and Hyatt Place, seeks a Guest Services Agent to lead front desk operations in a dynamic urban market.

The role requires welcoming guests, handling registrations and inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. A high school diploma and hospitality or customer service experience are preferred.

• Experience: Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience: Hotel PMS experience adds value.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned
