Job summary

Desert Club Resort in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Concierge to assist with daily guest services and activities planning. You will coordinate pre-arrival communications, plan requested activities and ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional stay.

You will proactively anticipate needs, resolve concerns with minimal management involvement, and maintain strong knowledge of local attractions to enhance each guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service mindset and the ability to relay information clearly.
• Knowledge of Las Vegas area attractions and activities.
• Follow procedures and guidelines to complete tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with minimal management involvement.
• Ability to book reservations through approved vendors.
• Ability to review owner records and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Pre-arrival communication and coordination for guests/owners to provide and capture proper information to uphold standards for the best vacation experience.
• Plan activities and handle requests for the guests/owners in and around the resort.
• Ensure guests/owners' expectations are exceeded by providing memorable customer service with each guest interaction.
• Coordinate with other intradepartmental areas for thorough communication on in-house guests and owners for ongoing needs and requests daily.
• Partner with other resort areas to assist guests and owners in providing the best quality of service.
