Job summary

French Lick Resort in Indiana is seeking a guest-oriented Concierge to assist guests with reservations, directions, and local attractions. This role requires excellent communication and a warm phone manner, plus the ability to handle multiple requests during nights, weekends and holidays.

You will create and modify guest bookings, assist with special events, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance each stay while coordinating with front desk and security as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSED required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Must be able to write routine correspondence and speak to the public.
• Must be at least 21 years old to work in casino non-sensitive area.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests and questions promptly and professionally.
• Review daily guest arrivals and next-day requests for accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of property events, dining, and activities.
• Provide concierge services including tours, directions, and reservations.
• Assist guests with special occasions and guest services to enhance stay.
