Job summary

InterContinental Indianapolis is seeking a Concierge to deliver personalized guest services, guide guests on local attractions, dining, and transportation, and coordinate with partners to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years’ experience in upscale hotel Concierge or related role.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to carry or lift items up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build guest relationships through swift, professional and highly personal service.
• Provide and maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, theatres, transportation, etc.
• Resolve guest issues and use feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Delegate duties to the team while maintaining high standards of service.
• Ensure guest privacy, discretion and ethical behavior; promote brand image.
• Assist room operations during peak periods to ensure seamless service.
