Responsibilities

• Clears tables as needed and resets with proper linen, china, silver, and glassware.
• Provides water and bread throughout the meal to guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Offers quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Must be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
• Performs other duties as reasonably requested by management.
