• High school diploma or HSED required.
• Pleasant speaking voice.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
• Minimum age 21 to work in casino non-sensitive area.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps up to date with knowledge of multi-line phone system.
• Conducts arrangement of all guests’ requests in a professional manner.
• Completes all necessary projects within specified time frames.
• Answers incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Routes incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department in a quick and efficient manner.
• If the caller is seeking information about the Resort, the PBX operator will look up appropriate information and provide information in a quick and efficient manner.
• Responds to inquiries about outlets and room locations. Resort offerings and local area information.
• Keeps up to date with knowledge of phone system.
• Conducts all guests’ special requests in a professional manner.
• Completes documents as directed and to specifications.
• Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
