Job summary

City of Chula Vista seeks a Concessions Manager to oversee all concessions outlets across the resort, both permanent and temporary. You will work with the F&B Director to select products, manage budgets, and develop training plans with supervisors to achieve goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining strict inventory controls, evaluating staff performance, and driving new concepts and services to enhance quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in related field.
• Preferred: 5 years of management experience in related field.
• Must communicate in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to perform routine arithmetic for pricing, margins and costs.
• Prepare budgets and interpret financial operating statements.

Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for concessions outlets, permanent and temporary, throughout the resort.
• Maintain strong inventory controls.
• Assist Food and Beverage Director with product choices.
• Work with supervisors and departments to develop training, hiring, and operational strategies.
• Seek and develop new concepts, products, services and resources for each area.
• Evaluate employees based on performance and ensure quality service.
