Gaylord Hotels in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage/ Culinary Manager to assist in supervising daily operations, maintain guest satisfaction and operate within budget. This full-time management role requires leadership and adherence to standards and legal obligations.

Primary duties include ordering F&B supplies, supervising shifts, enforcing policies, coordinating inspections, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in managing day-to-day operations to meet guest service, operational, and financial goals.
• Orders F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms; supervises F&B shift operations and enforces policies.
• Maintains an effective monthly self-inspection program and coordinates cleaning across F&B areas.

Educación

High school diploma or GED

3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
