Job summary

You will set up break tables, replenish buffet lines, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitary practices while anticipating guests' needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of function areas both indoor and outdoor.
• Assist with serving food and beverages at events including weddings, family reunions, corporate meetings, and sporting events.
• Set up break tables and replenish buffet lines.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the banquet Captain.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
• Present a professional appearance and mannerisms.
