Job summary

Castle Biosciences Inc. is hiring a full-time Clinical Services, Resolution Support Specialist to work from our Scottsdale, AZ office.

The role focuses on outbound follow-up to obtain missing information, process insurance data, and ensure requests move forward using approved scripts. The position requires a high school diploma, about one year of customer service or related experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a preference for excellent communication, organization, and attention

One year of customer service, administrative, healthcare support, or sales support experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Resolution Support Specialist supports Client Services and Problem Resolution workflows by completing outbound follow-up activities to obtain missing information or documentation and move orders, cases, and client requests forward.
Performs first-level follow-up for insurance information, demographic discrepancies, spelling corrections, billing-related requests, documentation gaps, and standard order requirements, using approved scripts and templates.
Documents outreach attempts, responses, next steps, and follow-up actions, and routes unclear items to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
