The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year of customer service, administrative, healthcare support, or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to use standard software tools effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Services and Problem Resolution workflows by outbound calls and approved written outreach to obtain missing information or documentation.
• Gather missing information, requests documentation, perform outbound follow-up, and document outreach attempts, responses, next steps, and follow-up actions.
