Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to own and grow a defined business territory. You will manage your schedule, build direct relationships with business owners, and present Altitude's insurance solutions through cold calls and face-to-face meetings. This role rewards initiative and independence with opportunity for advancement.

You will set targets, work with a sales team manager, and develop your own book of business in a dynamic, autonomy‑driven environment.

Competenze

• Candidates must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience in outside sales.

• Manage and develop your sales territory with full autonomy.
