Job summary

The Jewish Board is hiring a Residence Manager for its Children’s Community Residences in New York. You will supervise Senior Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure youth attend school, work, or therapy appointments, and coordinate programs across clinical, recreational, medical, and educational services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Or high school diploma with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to integrate supervisory experience into residence operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee programming for youth across clinical, recreational, medical, and school services.
• Complete weekly DSP staff schedule two weeks in advance.
• Supervise Senior Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals.
• Provide milieu care and be on-call for after-hours crises.
• Collaborate with clinical and nursing staff on client functioning.
