Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day care for clients, including personal hygiene, social guidance, leisure activities, and meal planning.
• Develop, supervise and run activity sessions.
• Accompany clients on trips and supervise activities.
• Work one-on-one with clients showing signs of stress as needed.
• Transport clients to medical, social or other appointments.
• Share observations with the treatment team and alert supervisors to issues.
• Cook/prepare meals for residents.
• Participate in weekly team meetings (virtual/in-person) and trainings.
• Document resident interactions in electronic records.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team and complete incident reports.
