Job summary

The Kaplan House (Manhattan) within The Jewish Board seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical and administrative functions for a youth residential program. You will supervise staff, oversee treatment planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the ITM liaison to uphold high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• LCSW/LMSW or a master’s degree in social work or Behavioral Health.
• At least five years of related experience, three in senior managerial/operations roles.
• Specialized experience with residential treatment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff on an ongoing basis.
• Evaluate treatment plans and service delivery; supervise staff performance.
• Lead intake oversight and ensure high-quality documentation and risk assessments.
• Maintain ITM(DBT) fidelity and act as a program liaison.
• Manage program development, data reporting, and PIR analytics.
