DSLD Homes LLC in Monroe, LA is seeking a Customer Care Technician - Warranty. This full-time field role involves visiting homes for warranty inspections and repairs, with Monday–Friday hours and some travel.

Candidates must be comfortable with physical tasks and working in homeowners’ homes. Responsibilities include conducting warranty inspections at 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months post-closing, documenting repairs, coordinating with care coordinators, and educating homeowners on home systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service background and a positive attitude are a must.
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills; ability to handle confrontation professionally.
• Knowledge of residential construction; 2–5 years’ experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality assurance and provide warranty service to homeowners after closing.
• Conduct scheduled periodic home warranty inspections at 30 days, 6 months and 12 months after closing, or as needed by the homeowner.
• Document items needing repair during scheduled warranty inspections.
• Work with Customer Care Coordinators on scheduling appointments and requesting work orders for repairs.
• Educate homeowners to operate their homes’ mechanical and electrical equipment during inspections.
• Light sheetrock, paint, plumbing, electrical work may be needed during inspections.
• Ensure all warranty service requests are completed within a set time period.
