The role involves evaluating repair issues, coordinating with subcontractors, and performing carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks to restore homes to warranty standards. Responsibilities include processing work orders, ensuring compliance, maintaining strong homeowner communication, and handling related documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related experience, including carpentry, drywall, texture repair, and painting.
• Must have a vehicle and be willing to drive among designated communities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine warrantable items.
• Process work orders and verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Perform repairs such as carpentry, drywall, texture repair and painting.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty work.
• Ensure all repairs meet compliance standards and are completed on time.
• Certify warranty work is completed per obligations.
• Develop rapport with subcontractors and homeowners; follow up on concerns.
• Process charge-back documentation and invoices.
• Work professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and company goodwill.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
