Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor sales environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable prospecting.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and close deals with customers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Aggressively pursue daily leads to drive sales momentum.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and restrictions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and track progress.
• Stay informed about competitor activities in your market.
