Job summary

Gateway Healthcare Inc. in Rhode Island seeks staff to maximize residents’ success and provide client-driven services in residential programs.

You will supervise daily living activities, teach budgeting, medication routines and community integration while maintaining safety and cleanliness. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will participate in treatment plans, monitor care, document progress and coordinate with families and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write reports, care plans, and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff face-to-face and by telephone.

Responsibilities

• Available to cover shifts at residential programs, including travel to other locations.
• Facilitate ADL skill-building and daily living skills for community integration.
• Participate on a multi-disciplinary team to develop and review treatment plans.
