Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health in Rhode Island seeks a Residential Relief Worker to supervise daily living skills of residents in a group home for individuals with long-term mental illness. You will ensure a safe, supportive environment and model essential skills, including budgeting and prioritizing needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Service field or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, special education or related human services preferred.
• Experience in the Human Service field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and provide a safe, comfortable environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and basic behavioral program implementation.
• Coordinate and monitor medical, dental and psychiatric services.
• Produce and maintain client records and billing forms in line with regulations.
• Transport clients and participate in required trainings and safety programs.
