Job summary

GHI Gateway Healthcare, Inc. seeks dedicated staff to support residents in multiple residential programs across Rhode Island. You will supervise daily living activities, teach skills, and facilitate medication routines to promote recovery and community integration.

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification, a valid Driver's license, and flexibility to work first/second shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Per diem work emphasizes safety, collaboration, and compassionate client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain CPR certification and first aid training.
• Valid chauffeur’s license to transport clients in program vehicles.
• Ability to work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Available to cover shifts at residential programs, including travel between sites.
• Facilitate ADL skill-building and community integration; supervise daily routines and medications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and review treatment plans for clients.
• Provide and coordinate treatment services for assigned clients; maintain contact and documentation.
• Monitor care effectiveness and safety; participate in crisis resolution and symptom management.
• Schedule and lead treatment plan meetings using assessment data and family involvement.
