Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents in care, development, and independence.
• Teach ADLs and daily living skills; maintain a homelike atmosphere.
• Document daily activities, progress notes, and records accurately.
• Respond to crises and medical emergencies; contact emergency services as needed.
• Promote dignity, respect and person-centered approaches in all interactions.
