Qualifications

• Six months of related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License, maintained in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and supports people in achieving independence.
• Teaches and assists with activities of daily living.
• Documents daily activities and incident reports accurately.
• Administers medications under nursing supervision.
