Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. in Arnold, MD is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home and deliver hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with activities, outings, personal hygiene, cooking, and cleaning.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm with the Women’s program. Benefits include health and retirement plans, paid holidays, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required.
• Implement the individual's Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with development of meaningful and personal relationships.
• Implement strategies to achieve individuals' personal goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3p-11p
