Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. in Harford County, MD is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to provide frontline supervision and hands-on care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM and involves assisting with daily living activities, outings, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene while promoting participation in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with minimal points.
• Ability to transport individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Implement the Person-Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals.
• Maintain records including schedules, notes, charts and logs.
• Assist with community participation and independent living skills.
• Support development of meaningful relationships and personal goals.

Residential Supervisor (RS)

HARFORD COUNTY/Cypress

Rate of Pay $25/hr.

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3p-11p

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
• Other duties as assigned
