Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor in Baltimore County/Jacobo to provide frontline supervision of staff in a home setting.

This role involves hands-on care, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily activities, hygiene, outings, cooking, and cleaning. The position runs Monday through Friday, 2 pm–10 pm, with supervision responsibilities and emphasis on Person-Centered planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current driver's license with less than 3 points on driving record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required.
• Implement the individual's Person-Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records: schedules, transition notes, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash, mileage logs.
• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with development of meaningful and personal relationships.
• Implement strategies to achieve individuals' personal goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

FLSA Status Non Exempt

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 2p-10p

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual's Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals' personal goals
• Other duties as assigned
