Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to provide front line supervision of staff at a home in Carroll County/Wampler.

The role involves hands-on care and supervision for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including daily living activities and community outings. Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person‑Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals.
• Maintain records including schedules, notes, charts, time sheets, logs, cash and mileage.
• Assist with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills
• Aid in developing meaningful and personal relationships
• Implement strategies to achieve personal goals
• Other duties as assigned

Residential Supervisor (RS)

CARROLL COUNTY/Wampler

Rate of Pay $25/hr.

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3p-11p

(Working with Men)

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person‑Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
• Other duties as assigned
