Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to oversee staff in a home setting and provide hands-on care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes personal hygiene, activities, outings, shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3p-11p, with competitive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and training opportunities such as CPR/First Aid and Med Tech certification.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 3 points.
• Must be able to transport individuals supported.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required.
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals.
• Maintain records including staff schedules, notes, charts, time sheets, logs, and mileage.
• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with development of meaningful relationships.
• Implement strategies to achieve personal goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

FLSA Status Non Exempt

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3p-11p

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D required
• Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed
