• MAP certification required; obtain within 3 months of hire.
• 21+ with high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and daily car use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISPs, behavior plans, and assessments.
• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts.
• Ensure ISP programs and behavior data sheets are documented and accurate.
• Oversee medications delivery and documentation.
• Coordinate with families and external agencies for comprehensive care.
• Attend annual and semi-annual reviews and maintain safety compliance.
