Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities and help them participate fully in daily life. The role includes hands-on support with daily tasks, transportation to activities, and attendance at appointments within a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, and daily living activities.
• Accompany to medical appointments and community activities; assist with banking and outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals, and medical guidelines.
