Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities to participate actively in daily life. Paid training and orientation are provided, with a sign-on bonus for full-time staff and opportunities for career development.

Schedule includes overnights (Sun, Tue, Thu, Sat 11pm-9am) with 40-hour full-time positions and pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Join a supportive team focused on independence, safety, and community integration.

Responsabilités

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to empower them to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, appointments, community activities, and medications per plans.
