Qualifications

• MAP certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Must maintain active MAP certification and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Individual Support Plans and assessments.
• Lead Direct Support Professionals during shifts and ensure daily plans.
• Document ISP programs and behavior data.
• Deliver and document medications.
• Coordinate with families and external agencies for comprehensive care.
• Assist with resident finances and house budgets.
