Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Program Manager to oversee one or more residential homes, ensuring care aligned with individual plans and goals.

You will hire, train and mentor direct care staff, ensure licensing and accreditation compliance, manage budgets, and drive service quality while maintaining fiscal viability and safeguarding residents' rights. Collaborative leadership and continuous quality improvement are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area with four years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to align operations with Hope Network mission and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage one or more residential homes.
• Hire, train and mentor direct care staff.
• Ensure facilities meet licensing, accreditation, and contract requirements.
• Meet performance targets related to service provision, quality assurance, and fiscal viability.
• Plan, organize, direct service provision, budget, and allocate resources.
