Job summary

New Hope Community is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations in a residential setting, supervise staff, and coordinate supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure training and adherence to policies, and collaborate with the core team to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• 2 years experience working with people who have developmental disabilities.
• NYS Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residence with a supervisory focus.
• Supervise staff, coordinate supports and services, and review medication auditing.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Participate in hiring decisions, career progression, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Coordinate with core team members to ensure continuity of care for the people supported.
