Job summary

Woodhaven is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ongoing operations of multiple sites, supervise Home Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high‑quality services for individuals supported. The role reports to the Director of Residential and Community Services and requires strong leadership and writing skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating licensing surveys, maintaining relationships with funding agencies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services is required.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff and demonstrate excellent writing skills.
• Must complete initial orientation including CPR, First Aid, Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention, Universal Precautions, lifting in‑service, medication administration and related trainings.
• Missouri chauffeur's license within two weeks of employment.
• Ability to cooperate with individuals served, their families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and welfare of individuals in assigned units and supervise Home Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure quality program delivery and promote community inclusion for individuals served.
• Coordinate operation of sites, supervision of staff, and programmatic activities.
• Write plans of correction for licensing agencies and oversee required corrections.
