Hope Network is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Neo Rockford, Michigan, to lead one or more residential homes and ensure person-centered services.

You will hire, train, and mentor direct care staff, oversee licensing compliance, health monitoring, and quality care practices, and participate in on-call rotations to support after-hours needs. A strong leadership background and a valid Michigan driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a Human Services-related field is preferred.
• Three years of related experience if no Associate's Degree.
• Valid Michigan drivers license; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential homes.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct care staff.
• Ensure licensing, accreditation, and funding compliance.
• Oversee medication administration and health monitoring.
• Support activities of daily living and staffing needs.
• Maintain safety and foster independence and dignity.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours program needs.
