Hope Network is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Neo Rockford, Michigan, to lead one or more residential homes and ensure person-centered services.

You will hire, train, and mentor direct care staff, oversee licensing compliance, health monitoring, and quality care practices, and participate in on-call rotations to support after-hours needs. A strong leadership background and a valid Michigan driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a Human Services-related field is preferred.
• Three years of related experience if no Associate's Degree.
• Valid Michigan drivers license; ability to pass background checks.

The Residential Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more Hope Network residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring direct care staff; maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements; and creating a safe, supportive home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individual success.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of one or more residential homes
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct care staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements
• Promote a positive home environment that supports independence and personal growth
• Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners
• Oversee medication administration, health monitoring, and quality care practices
• Support personal care and activities of daily living as needed
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and after-hours program needs
• On Call Rotation

• Valid Michigan driver's license
• Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for staffing and program emergencies
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
